  23. Disable 3429 symbol rate. I gather it reduces slightly the speed of
  24. connection, while allowing the speed to vary back to normal 28800 after
  25. connection.

  27. I've been experimenting. Try the normal connect string AT&F1, and add
  28. &M5 to force connection in ARQ mode. It might work. If you find out
  29. anything about USR's fragility, please let me know.
